Metro Volunteer Lawyers Presents: The Effective Pro Bono Attorney

MVL Board Members and Staff will present and answer questions about taking MVL cases, using available resources, ethics, unbundled services, effective client communication techniques, logistics of volunteering at a legal clinic, discovery-why it’s important, getting attorneys fees in a pro bono case, and other issues that are unique to pro bono representation.

This program is approved for 4 hours of General CLE credit and 1 hour of Ethics.
